I am an end user for whom a developer helped set up an Azure VM along with backups configured in my account. However, I need further help in order to manage my VM for the following purposes :

  • Download offline backups of files and folders
  • Create a copy/copies of the VM for staging purpose
  • Do routine tasks like manage server users etc.

In short, I need someone's experience and expertise to manage my VM. Does Azure official support help in this? Can someone provide help on paid basis?

This is an urgent request. TIA.

    Hi @ARTech ,

    your requirements are not covered by the Azure official support.

    Depending on your location it might be the best to look for a IT service provider/company that provide the support you are looking for.
    The second option is to manage your Azure VM yourself. There are a lot of sources in the web to answer you questions regarding your requirements.
