Is it correct to connect multiple IoT devices using one device access key in Azure IoT Hub?

Hello @kimjaehoon , Every device must use its own device ID and for security reasons it is also highly recommended to have individual keys per device. Thus, each device has its own connection string. When you write "same model device uses the same default connection string" what is "default connection string" referring to? If you think about device onboarding or provisioning after deployment, I recommend to check iot-dps

Every device needs to be registered in IoT Hub with its own device Id. There cannot be two devices connected at the same time with the same device id. The device id is a component of the connectionString.
Saying this, each instance of Model A needs its own DeviceId and a Connection String to connect to IoT Hub. In your case device Model A-1 would use primaryConnectionStringC while Model A-2 uses primaryConnectionStringC and Model A-42 would use primaryConnectionStringXYZ.

If you plan for a mass rollout, I recommend investigating Azure IoT Device Provisioning Service
