Can't turn on my laptop!

Question

I received a lot a software update I’ve the summer and I updated it. I turned on my computer after two month and I can’t turn it in even when it’s charged. Now, the logo screen appear for 2 seconds every time I press the power button when it’s charged. Then it’ll go back to a black screen(the screen when it’s turned off). I’ve tried the volume button with the power button and Win+ Ctrl+B+shift

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Laptop not booting or powering up.

1. Please disconnect other components attached to this Laptop then press and hold power button for 30 seconds then release it.
2. Please try to remove battery from backside and insert it again.
3. If issue still persists try to take support from Laptop vendor as may be issue with Hardware or Motherboard.
