Skype Tx API or up-to-date Skype API

I want to have access to Skype Tx API or at least an up-to-date Skype API. None of the Skype related APIs (https://github.com/OfficeDev/skype-docs/tree/main/Skype) works for me because either it is obsolete or does not support audio/video call. The functionality of API i am looking for is audio+video call obviously.
