I am unable to link my MCID (<removed>) to my Organization's Learning Account (<removed>).

I am unable to link my MCID (#<removed>) that has my email ID mentioned as "<removed>" to my Learning Account provided by my Organization that has email ID mentioned as "<removed"
As a result of this, my Learning account does not reflect my past certifications.
