Internal Error while GetBulkUploadUrl in sandbox

I'm getting internal error response from Bingads api in sandbox when trying to the get the bulk upload url. Thats the first time I'm trying the sandbox. In production everything is working fine.
Here is the error messages and related info:

Message: An internal error has occurred.
No matter what I do I always get this error response from GetBulkUploadUrl. Others endpoints are working fine. I believe it's a problem on the api side. Can someone help me with that? Thank you.
