DNS not resolving.

Hello,
We have a DNS server (mydomain.ao) that resolves internal demand (private IP) and the same name (mydomain.ao) in cpanel, resolving our web Pages serving to the internet (it has a public IP). We have a web page hosted outside our infraestruture but it uses our domain (mydomais.ao), for that we created a AAA Record in the external DNS and from the internet the Access is working fine, but internally (inside our domain) we are unable to Access that web page.

I can not figure out the problem, because we can Access every web page on the internet without any problem.

What can I do to solve this?

Note: forworders are configured to 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8.

Thanks.

there is a conflict in the resolution of domain names due to the fact that the local domain is identical to the global domain (of the web page), I advise you to create a record in the DNS pointing to the web address by putting the ip .

otherwise it would be to rename the DC

    Hello

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to DNS not resolving internally.

Please make sure everything in your DHCP and static devices point to your internal DNS server only, and also the DNS server should have proper root hints or forwarders configured. Your internal clients should never be looking external ( Outside ) for an internal address.
