Not able to pass custom escape character ADF Snowflake staged copy activity

Hi,
I am using snowflake as sink in copy activity and it is using "/" as default escape character
I am trying to pass double quote as escape character from snowflake additional format options section of copy activity.
It is not working.
If anyone tried using this option can you give me an example?
