When connected with company's wifi Teams and Outlook doesn't work.

Does anyone else have the same problem in your organization?

To exclude the client issue, we recommend you try to login Teams web client to see if it can be fixed. If there is no issue in Teams web client, please try to follow these steps to clear Teams client cache file and restart it to see if it works for you:

If Teams is still running, right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar, and then select Quit.

Open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows logo key +R.

In the Run dialog box, enter %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams, and then select OK.

Delete all files and folders in the %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams directory.

Restart Teams.

Hello Jimmy,

Thank you very much for your follow up.
We followed your instruction, but it's doesn't work, and this issue happen only when connected with company's network and if connected with VPN company is no issue until the next day when you need to connect the company's network again.

We would like to know why?

If the error persists, reinstall Teams as follows:
Uninstall Teams.
Browse to the %appdata%\Microsoft folder on the user's computer, and delete the Teams folder.
Download and install Teams. If possible, reinstall Teams as an administrator.
