Certification Issues

Hey,

I was offered a free AZ-900 Azure course through my company using this email address. After completing the material and receiving the email to apply my discount I am unable to log into that section of the website with this account (it says it doesn't exist) and when searching after logging in via another account I get the CBE01 error.

Can this be resolved please?

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
