How do I see and edit "Employee leave date time" attribute?

I am trying to implement lifecycle workflows for automation of on and off boarding of users. The templates that are provided and are regarding leaving, has the event trigger "employeeleavedatetime". However, this is not an attribute that I can find connected to any users nor modify for any user anywhere within either the Azure portal or thru powershell. This means that I am unable to test around with the flows.
Does anyone have experience with this and know how I should approach it/what I am doing wrong?

Thanks
Jonathan

@Anonymous You can refer to this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/tutorial-lifecycle-workflows-set-employeeleavedatetime?tabs=http describes how to configure the employeeleavedatetime attribute for a user, this attribute can be used as a trigger for leaver workflows.

We can update this attribute via Graph Explorer/Beta. Let me know if you have any further questions.
