"Error" uploading New hardware submission from Partner Center

Question

For the use of USB drivers, we uploaded a signed cab file to Microsoft Partner Center's new hardware submission.
However, when uploading the cab file, only the phrase "Error" is displayed without any explanation.

We used msdn's cab file production method as it is, and there was no problem with signature verification.
