We had a free trial so our app service had an alert that

your subscription or app is disabled

So we upgrade it to Pay-As-You-Go offer. Credit card details are also provided but we are getting a info message that :

We can’t update the billing account for your subscription right now. We’ll update it later, and we’ll notify you before updating your account.

The message is still there since 4 to 5 days. Can you please let us know what we have to do ?
