does toggleIncomingClientAudio feature stiill available in Public Developer Preview ?

Question

I was trying Teams in-meeting app by adding Toggling incoming audio feature as this .When i Test it , It works for tenant that is not enabled for Teams Developer preview.
Do I able to Create app for production by using this toggleIncomingClientAudio feature

The toggleIncomingClientAudio API for mobile is currently available in Public Developer Preview.
