Can't sign in to outlook

Question

Hello.

When i try to sign in to my private outlook account (hotmail)
It does not work on any PC or any other device, or through portal.office.com either.
I get this error, and clicking refresh takes it back to the same message:

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.

If an account access problem then also try resetting via the account recovery form
