You can run Sysprep command up to 1001 times on a single Windows image.
As the touch keyboard is working fine in other user account then it suggests that it's a user account problem.

Hello,
I have the problem, that when I run on my Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2021 LTSC installation a Sysprep, the Touch Keyboard ist broken.
I still have the Keyboard icon on the taskbar, but when I press on it nothing happens.
If I generate a new user account the Touch Keyboard is working in this new account.
I is there any possibility to reinstall the Touch Keyboard after a Sysprep?
Or have anyone another idea to fix this problem?
