i am still charged for my app service plan in azure

I ve create a P1 v2 App Service plan and deleted the resource group but even after two days i am getting billed for the deleted account

Please note that you need to this link, which will list all of your resources. Please review this list to ensure all resources you want are deleted so that no further billing is encoutnered.

If you are still concerned about charges, please navigate to this site(click "submit a support ticket", where you can open a free support ticket to receive assistance on billing and subscription matters.

Further, to cancel your subscription:

In the Azure portal, navigate to Cost Management + Billing.

In the left menu under Products + services, select All billing subscriptions. If you have a support plan, it's shown in the list.

Select the subscription that you want to cancel.

At the top of page, select Cancel.

If you have any resources associated with the subscription, they're shown on the page. At the top of the page, select Cancel subscription.

Select a reason for cancellation.

If you have a support plan and no other subscriptions use it, select Turn off auto-renew. If other subscriptions use the support plan, clear the option.

If you have any running resources associated with the subscription, you must select Turn off resources. Ensure that you've already backed up any data that you want to keep.

Select Cancel subscription.

what do see that lets you think you are still getting charged?

Microsoft normally creates the bill only once a month, everything else is more or less a guess and not a 100% reliable value (if you delete and/or cancel anything, it might take some time to update all accumulated costs and bills)

As this is (mainly) community driven forum, we don't have access to your account or even invoices... so without any screenshot or messages we won't be able to answer your questions in a accurate way.

This is actually happen to me as well, I cancel my subscription since last may 23, it even recommend me to delete this subscription.

But look what happen on this June 2023. I still got billed by microsoft for this web app subscription service.
How to fix this? And where to to claim my refund??
I'm pretty sure I will being charged again next month.
the irony is the web app I created to just following tutorial from ASP .net youtube
