Error on Outlook loading

Today when I tried to load Outlook in the browser, I got this error

What's your account? Exchange on-premises account or anything else?
Do other users in your organization encounter the same issue?

If it is an Exchange on-premises account, i found a similar issue as yours, which mentioned that "this issue occurs because there are additional characters in the French translation of messages returned for the MSExchangeHMWorker.exe process. These additional characters trigger the "System.FormatException" error". Please check if it is your issue: "System.FormatException" error is logged in Event Viewer when Exchange Server 2013 runs on a French operating system.
