Unable to re-schedule SC900 exam after video was not visible

Question

My exam was scheduled on 21st December at 6:15PM IST , I logged in on time but proctor was unable to see my video and that's why suggested to restart system and login again , I did this 4-5 times as suggested by all the proctors but at the end I was logged in but no proctor attended me , I kept waiting for 2 hrs.

Now exam details are not visible so can't reschedule.

I want to give exam asap.

@Anonymous Thanks for reply, but I need to get it resolved asap as I have other certifications lined up and also festive season is going on , once I'll join office again after new year celebration it would be difficult to manage exam timings and prep.
