Can't connect Azure Devops Server on-premis within my Teams Channel

I select my Teams channel, I select the triple ellipse, I select Connectors, I choose configure for Azure Devops Server on-premis... then I choose my account there is a message in red saying "Failed to find an organization"

and the drop down for organization is inactive saying, "No organization found"

How can I connect my project from Azure Devops Server on-premis to my Team channel in MS Teams?

I have admin permission for the project.
