how can I get my old hacked outlook account back

Hello I wanted to recover my old outlook account that I created when I was younger and I forgot a lot of details that I have put in it when creating the account I haven't had access to this account for a long period of time and would really appreciate any sort of help I sent a 'forgot my password appeal a couple of times to no avail

Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.
