I cannot see my subscription

I logged in to my azure portal and I could see my subscription, while learning I created an Azure Active Directory Tenant and linked to my subscription. Later I deleted my tenant but this action has deleted both my Tenant and my Subscription. Now portal is not showing my subscription, When I try to create new, it does not allow me to create new subscription

    I would suggest contacting Microsoft Support using the number for your region from here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

    They may be able to resore your tenant and subscription for you.
