Hello Everyone,

We have a client that was just set up as Exchange hybrid modern authentication. Recently we are having a few issues that we cannot create profiles for users on premise. It just fails if we move them to the O365 it works. Any ideas why?

What is failing? Do you have a log that you can share with us from Azure AD Connect?

Recently we are having a few issues that we cannot create profiles for users on premise

By this, do you mean when trying to configure accounts for users on premise via the Add New Account Wizard in Microsoft Outlook, it fails?
If this is the case, is there any error message when it occurs? If yes, could you remove all personal information involved and share a screenshot of it so that we can try doing further research on this?

Besides, you can try running the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer tool to check if everything is fine with the Outlook connectivity.

For sure i will get the information from the client. And post pictures, but mostly when creating a new mail profile we are getting the domain for the server name which is incorrect no matter what we do
