Help. Client on WSUS Stuck Download

Help, my client Stuck download to Server WSUS
me User Windows Server 2012 r2
after stuck download show the error on my client There were problems downloading some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this, try searching the web or contacting support for help. This error code might help: (0x80d02002)

Please Help
Is there a port that should be opened other than 8530/8531?

    1, Does such an error exist only on one machine? Do other clients have this problem too?

    2, According to the logs, the error "0x80d02002" only appeared on the 26th, as shown in the screenshot. Have you done anything? Is the problem solved automatically?

    I'm sorry, after I stayed a few days, the error continued, suddenly my client was installed.

    Here's the log asking for help to check

    If stuck downloading again what should I do

    Have you tried the methods provided by AJTek-Adam-J-Marshall? Has it solved your problem yet? We are very concerned about the progress of this issue. If your problem still cannot be resolved, please upload a full windowsupdate.log for our reference, we will do our best to help you.
    Type the following command at the PowerShell console to get windowsupdate.log:

    > Get-WindowsUpdateLog

    Run the client side script on the affected client. Does the issue re-appear? If it does, it's probably a corrupted download on the WSUS server. Run a wsusutil reset and wait 24 hours. Then re-run the client side script on the client again to wipe it's cache and re-download the newly 'checked' file from WSUS.
