Hello @Emanuel Azevedo
Could you confirm if it was azure for students subscription or Azure free trial subscription?
With Azure for Students, eligible customers receive $100 in credits, which can be used within 12 months on most Azure products. However, Azure free trial subscription comes with one time 200$ credits which will expire after 30 days from the day activated or when it's consumed completed within 30 days whichever comes first.
In that case you might have to upgrade your subscription to pay-as-you-go offer type to continue to using.
If not as mentioned above try contacting Azure billing support team and they'll help with assisting you.
Regards
Divya.
