Hey,
i just installed visual studio community 20222 but after downloading all the resources i want via visual studio installer.when i run the app nothing happens just a sound background. but the application does not even open it stays like that! please Need help!!

Do you mean that the Visual Studio Installer can’t be opened? Or the Visual Studio can’t be launched via Visual Studio Installer?
If the Visual Studio Installer can’t be opened, please try to delete the folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer. Then, re-download the bootstrapper file from the following Microsoft Site and run it as administrator.

If the Visual Studio IDE can’t be launched, please try to restart your computer, and run it as administrator from start menu. Meanwhile, you can check if the Visual Studio process is displayed in task manager or not.
By the way, if you have anti-virus software, please temporarily disable them.
