Commercial use of Microsoft To Do

Hello there,

Can Microsoft ToDo be used in Commercial Application?
Our company are developing a particular application and looking in documents.

We want to pass through information for our customer via our application, plus they will all signed in by authentication that Microsoft should have.

I couldn't get a specific written regulation that clearly explain about this.
