pearsonvue test content not loaded and quit

Hi I suppose to take my dp 203 exam thru pearsonvue. After proctor release the test question to me, I saw the loading bar but system cannot install certain programs so I cannot see the test questions at all then I quit. After I quit, cannot login with my test access code anymore and I cannot find a way to communicate with pearsonvue. please advise, I need to take the test ASAP
