Passed az-303 and az-304 last year but not offered renewal

Hi,

I passed az-303 and az304 last year but not offered renewal. You can see that I passed both exams in the past.

I also checked my dashboard and solution architect expert certificate does not seem to be appearing on my dashboard.

Would you be able to help me with this please?

@Anonymous do you have anby idea what is the response times are like on that forum? It does not look like as responsive as this one and I have only 20 days left on my architect exam to renew. It is pretty poor you can not contact via phone or email after paying thousands for exams.
