hi team,

my emails are hosted on an ISP, and i am using a POP3 connector to download these emails to my exchange server.
i have a target now to move to office 365, can you advise if exchange hybrid can work in my environment as the emails are downloaded from the ISP to my exchange server? or it won't be considered an exchange migration and i have to do POP migration to office 365 from my ISP directly to office 365?

many thanks
