Copy with headers option is not available in the csv sink dataset in copy activity in ADF.

    As I understand from the question: Copy with headers option is not available in the csv sink dataset in copy activity in ADF.

    If you try to open the Sink dataset selected as CSV, you can see the screen where you can check First Row as Header option:

    This setting will enable Headers at Sink in csv dataset of Copy activity.
