Trusted installer service causes communication timeouts

I have a windows 10 pc installed as part of a robot arm system,
The robot PC is communicating with another PC running Linux. They are communicating via client proxy communication using TCP-IP protocol.
We have noticed that there are timeouts in the TCPIP communication every day for several times at the same time.

I checked the event viewer and surely at these exact times, and I am seeing logs of TrustedInstaller at these times.

I used the program "Process monitor" to exactly pinpoint (using the thread ID) what it's doing but I can't understand. Though, I do see that right after it's working some other services are working.
So I guess the Trusted installer enables them to make some changes in the system

The pictures I attached are just one of many that happen at the exact time every day. How can I disable these scheduled runs, or even should I?
When checking the Task scheduler I didn't find a task that is scheduled to run at these times.

Edit:
Before anyone suggests canceling the windows update. The automated updates are turned off by my work place and also the active hours were set to avoid updates at these times
