Getting an error while traning model via custom voice

Hey
I'm trying to test the custom voice tool inside the Speech Studio (under Cognitive Services)
to test if it's a fit to use in my startup company.
I uploaded an .mp3 audio file to train a simple voice-model but when trying to train I get this error:
Error message: Internal server error. Please recreate the task in a while. If the failure still happens, please create an Azure support request.
What can be done different?
