havent got the renew exam until it expired

I‘ve leave my last company and join microsoft , also i've updated the MSA account info and consolidate with my MS account, but those renew emails were still sending to my ex company mailbox, i just found the cerfication is expired yeasterday, is there any opportunity to take the renew exam again?
