Scheduled certification exam is not shown in dashboard nor in certification appointments

Hello,

I have scheduled AZ-900 exam appointment, using 100% claim code. I have completed the registration and scheduled an exam and received confirmation email as well for the examination however I can't see any upcoming appointments in the Microsoft profile section under certifications. I also got confirmation from pearsonvue contact support team about my examination and it is scheduled in few days. Can some one please help me in understanding what I can done and will it impact my examination.
