Not able to see my Azure 900 Certification with my Personal microsoft account , while My official microsoft account is closed now.

Hi team ,

I had registered my exam through my official account , but all other places i have kept my personal email id for communication. Now i have left organization , hence i am not able to get my certification. my badge came to my personal email id and exam details and lines too. kindly help me to link my two account so that i will be able to get my certificates.
