Windows Activation After Hardware Change

Hello,
I recently changed motherboards and had to reinstall Windows.
My previous install was a Windows 10 Enterprise that had been upgraded to a Windows 11.
I downloaded the regular Windows 11 Media Creation tool and set it up, only to find that I could not transfer the license registered to my account because by default the Media Creation tool installed Windows 11 Pro, not Windows 11 Enterprise.
So, I download a copy of the Windows 11 Enterprise ISO and installed it.
However, it immediately activated as an evaluation version. I attempted to activate it with the prior key that I had, but just get a generic error "The product key you entered didn't work. Check the product key and try again, or enter a different one. (0x00f4050)".
How do I get this fully activated so it is not an Eval version any more?
