This is the error that I get when I plug my original AC adapter into my Lenovo Yoga Pro 3. It has Windows 8. Is it fixable or do I need a new laptop. A new battery didn't work. Uninstalling the USB drives did not work. Down to 18% power.

Windows 8 didn't support USB-C or USB power delivery, so my guess is that you are plugging the lenovo power cable into a USB A port by mistake. Typically Lenovo colors the power ports on yellow on the laptop to tell you which is a valid power port.
