linking SAGE (accounting) and Microsoft office 365

Question

i have an work account for office 365 but when opening it from sage (in order to be able to download files under xcel) the message from microsoft is below. but it makes NO sense as this is my work / email / account so there is nothing better i can do about it ? anyone can help please.

AADSTS500200: User account xxxxxxxxx is a personal Microsoft account. Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported for this application unless explicitly invited to an organization. Try signing out and signing back in with an organizational account.

This message appears when you are not using a work or school account.
