is there a way to sort the inbox folder in outlook 365 desktop app.

I have a user that the folders imported during the profile creation put them in alphabetical order but creating 3 different lists.

alphabetical folders...
number folders....
alphabeticalfolders again new list. ...

Any reason why they populated that way?

How did you import the folders? Or are they just synced after you added your account in the new profile?
And what do you mean about “creating 3 different lists”? If possible, please provide the comparison images. (In order to avoid the disclosure of your privacy, please remember to hide your personal information)

well two alphabetical lists a-z and one numerical list

this is resolved if you right click the inbox folder -->sort A-Z
