Using Power BI Embedded service with multiple tenant accounts

Hello,
My company is an ISV. We would like to consider the following scenario:
If we have Power BI Embedded service running under our subscription on Azure, can we let our (big company) customer to use their own Power BI account but to route Embedded features to our Azure service?
To clarify, I will describe two scenarios we are considering:

1. Our own Power BI license with multi-tenancy implemented by using worspace per user and Service Principals.
2. Customer's Power BI license. They have their own Power BI management, reports, workspaces.

In these two scenarios we want to use same Power BI Embedded service, that would be running under our Azure subscription.
We want to know if the scenario 2 is possible and how.
