Unable to receive the test

Hi,
I am unable to give the test as I haven't received the question. I was in time and done with my identity and the requirements.
The proctor has also raised a ticket for the issue #08985596 and the access code 338930208.
When I was trying to login with the other laptop I am not getting the option to take the test.
Kindly help on this.
