Onedrive single file upload upload

Question

Hi All,

I am uploading multiple files on Onedrive and noticed that it uploads 8 files simultaneously which slows the backing up of my files. Is there a way I can limit it to a single file only?

Hello Hanamichi,

If you were to limit the number of simultaneous uploads / downloads, I think that the single file would then take up more bandwidth. So the best way will be to adjust the bandwidth of the upload and download right away :)

Hello,

As far as I know, it is unfortunately not possible to limit the number of files. However, you can reduce network traffic within the OneDrive client in the settings and then in the network tab. This should also solve the problem if necessary :)
