AZ 104 Certification renewal notification email

Question

Hi,

I renewed my AZ 104 Microsoft Azure administrator associate certification yesterday and it appears in my certification profile but I received a notification email today to renew my certification again. Is anything wrong?

In credly my certification badge is still not updated with correct date after I renewed the certification passing the test. It is linked to my Microsoft account so badge should show new expiring date. Can someone please advise.
