WIndows Server 2022 Network Settings broke?

Question

I just setup a brand new AM5 based system and put Windows Server 2022 on it. Fresh install nothing but OS updates and drivers. Whenever I try to change the network settings it just spins and get stuck. I'm talking like just unchecking IPv6 or just opening and saving it again. I installed Hyper-V and tried to remove a virtual switch and it just spins to

So like in the above it's been sitting there for hours and in the actual network settings just have a circle blue spinner. Keep re-installing Windows but nothing helps.

Make sure it is patched fully. I'd also start by checking here and with manufacturer about support for Server 2022
