Need to update my last name in the profile

Question

As i went through the term of the certification as per the id card we submit the last name should match with our id proof. But in all my id proof only intial is there it has not been expanded. So while filling the profile i expanded my intial. Do ,now i need my last name to be G instead of ganganna.
