Subscription 'Add Payment Method' issue

Hi,

This involves a migration of a subscription from one Azure account to another, and it seems the ACL's for the Azure tenant ID's get all screwy when a migration happens.

I'm not sure if anybody can help, but as a co-administrator, I cannot add a payment method to a subscription that has been migrated.

The reason I want to add a payment method is that I want to try and stop multiple reminders from Microsoft, even though the invoice history shows payment has been made.

When I try to use the "co-administrator" account (@primekey.biz) for the subscription, which is also the owner for the subscription, I received a "You need to be the account administrator (@primekey.biz) to settle the outstanding balance..." message.

When I try to use the "account administrator" for the subscription (******@primekey.biz), I receive a "We are unable to find an active payment method for this subscription" message.

When I try to add a payment method for the subscription using the global azure administrator (******@primekey.biz), I receive a "You need to be an account administrator for the subscription to view this page" message.

The ******@primekey.biz account has elevated access, is the azure global administrator, and is the co-administrator for the subscription (in the new Azure tenant).

If someone can please help, it would be much appreciated, as it's very frustrating; having spent hours trying to fix this constant spam issue regarding "past due" payments.

Cheers
