AZ-400 online proctored exam was revoked by taking an unscheduled break

Hi Microsoft Support Team,

My online exam with Pearson Vue allowed taking unscheduled breaks, but the proctor revoked the exam when I took a break by going to the toilet. Since it was allowed to take a break, and I've followed the instruction to click "break" button based on the exam policy, I'm not sure why the exam was still revoked.

I strongly believe it is Pearson Vue's own technical issue, would you advise me how can I reschedule the exam with my exam voucher used for it? Thank you.
