Document verification use college id other than adhaar card

Hello!
My name is Ishika Rastogi. today 02-Jan-2023, my azure fundamentals exam was going on but in document verification, I used a college id other than an adhaar card or pen card, then why is my exam being canceled? Is there any way or possibility to give the azure -900 exam once again or reschedule it? if any please help me.

My case id: 09005288
