Hallo,
habe gestern neu installiert . Habe beim Start von Word oder Excel die Fehlermeldung:

Laufzeitfehler 53
Die Datei wurde nicht gefunden: /Library/Application Support/Adobe/MACPDFM/MACPDFM.framework/Version/A/MacPDFM.

Eine Neuinstallation hat nichts geändert.

Ist ein Mac Studio mit M1

Wie kann ich das lösen?

Grüße

Peter

    Hi @Peter-257 ,
Did you uninstall Office for mac completely before re-installing the new Office?

Here are the steps to eliminate that error message:

    1. In the Finder, hold down the Option key while clicking on the Go menu and choosing Library. Your hidden user Library folder opens.
    2. Navigate to ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/User Content/Startup.
    3. Open the Excel folder and drag SaveAsAdobePDF.xlam to the trash.
    4. Open the Word folder and drag linkCreation.dotm to the trash.
    5. While you're there, open the PowerPoint folder and drag SaveAsAdobePDF.ppam to the trash.
    6. Open Word or Excel and test that the error no longer appears.
